Day parking terms

These terms apply to every parking booking made through this website.

Your booking

A booking is for one vehicle on the selected date and is valid only during the parking hours shown on the booking site and confirmation email. A parking space is confirmed only after payment is successful.

Overnight parking

Overnight parking is allowed only for unattended vehicles. Attended vehicles are strictly prohibited overnight: no services are provided and the gates are locked, creating a security and safety risk. To park overnight, you must book and pay for two consecutive parking days. The booking page lets you select both dates and pay once.

Overstay fee

If a vehicle remains parked beyond its allotted parking hours, a £20.00 overstay fee is due for each occasion that this happens. By making a booking, you agree to pay each applicable overstay fee. The parking team will issue a secure £20.00 payment request to the email address used for the booking.

Parking at your own risk

To the extent permitted by law, Methodist College Belfast, Methodist College Rowing, the Methodist College Rowing Club Parents' Group, and any Methodist College associated organisation accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or belongings, or for personal injury, while using this parking facility.

Conduct and access

Please follow the directions of parking staff, keep access routes clear, and park only in the allocated areas. We may refuse entry or ask a vehicle to leave where it is unsafe or breaches these terms.
